Rani Tool Corp. is now closed. It's a happy thing. We are retiring and looking to enjoy what life has for us here in beautiful East Tennessee. Rani Tool Corp. was the brainchild of two of my best friends in the world, Peter and Horst von Richter, to whom we will be forever indebted and thank you. 

I've had a great life with 28 years of self-employment, and at least 15 years of those were with my wife, Julie. God has been so good. Through Rani Tool, we have made many friends, and have seen most of the United States and Europe. However, at the end of the day, it all comes down to the people you surround yourself with, and we were so fortunate to have had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know many great folks.
